We are open every day of the year, including Public Holidays (Closed Christmas Day). Check our Google listing for specific holiday hours.
Last Entry
All activity spaces conclude one hour before closing. Please arrive early to avoid missing out.
Finding us after 6pm
The main mall escalators close early. Use the elevators from the ground floor or car park to Level 2A, then head left down the ramp.
Parking
We offer parking validation for the Centre Place Car Park (accessed via Bryce Street). Validation is not available for Ward Street.
Facilities
We do not have washrooms in-store. The nearest toilets are on the ground floor near the Food Court.

Code of Conduct
We want everyone to have a fantastic time! To keep our venue safe and fun, we ask that you respect our equipment, staff, and fellow players. Our team reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave — without a refund — if they are visibly intoxicated, failing to follow safety instructions, acting aggressively, or intentionally damaging property.
Escape Rooms
Minimum age is 10 (with a paying adult) or 14+ to play solo. For safety, rooms use maglocks; press the blue illuminated button to exit at any time. No phones or cameras allowed inside!
Laser Tag
Recommended for ages 5+ (must fit the vest). Our arena uses mild strobe effects and loud music. Closed-toe shoes are required.
Mini Golf
Perfect for all ages. Little putters under 5 can play for a discounted rate of $8. A round usually takes 30–45 minutes.
Refund Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for refunds (excluding deposits). You are welcome to reschedule bookings with at least 24 hours notice given.
Escape Rooms & Group Activities
Escape Rooms
Our rooms are highly narrative-driven and rely on written and spoken clues, best suited for groups of 2–6 players. They do require a conversational level of English comprehension to fully enjoy and solve the puzzles!
Large Groups for Escape Rooms
Have a big crew? We can split you into teams to tackle different rooms simultaneously. We’ll track your escape times and compare them at the end to see who the real masters are!
Main Store Activities
For Laser Tag or Mini Golf, we can accommodate larger groups — just get in touch if you have a group of 15+ so we can help coordinate your visit.
Age Limits & Requirements
The minimum age for our Escape Rooms is 10 (with a paying adult) or 14+ to play solo. Players may be turned away without refund for breaching this rule.
Arcade, Credits & Prizes
We use a Tap-and-Play card system — no loose coins needed!
How it works
Load credits at the counter to a Fun Zone arcade card and tap the reader on any game. Use the Rainbow Reader in-store to check your balance.
Expiry
Credits and tickets last for one year. This resets every time you use the card! If you play on New Year’s Day, your balance is safe until next January.
Prizes
Redemption is in-person only as our prize selection is constantly rotating. Bring your card to the counter to claim your loot!
Parties & Private Functions
Can we bring decorations?
Balloons = YES! We ask that you do not bring anything adhesive or that could damage the party space or leave a mess (i.e. paint, confetti).
What time should we arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes beforehand! This lets you find a carpark, gather your guests, and get checked in.
How long do we get in the party room?
45 Minutes. This cannot be extended so please be mindful!
Catering and Outside Food
Our standard birthday packages come with Pizza, Fries, and Juice/Water. However, no outside food or drinks are permitted, with the exception of bottled water, birthday cakes, or fruit platters which must be approved during pre-arrival communications!
Full Venue Hire
Want the whole Zone to yourself? We offer full-venue hires for corporate events or private functions, typically outside of peak hours.

Donations
We love supporting the Hamilton community! Please send your sponsorship or donation requests via our Contact Us form. We review these regularly and prioritise local Waikato organisations.
Personal Items
We provide spaces to secure your belongings during Escape Rooms and Laser Tag. You are responsible for your items in the Arcade and Mini Golf areas.
Gift Cards & Refunds
Gift cards can be purchased at our front counter or online via the website. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please treat physical cards like cash, as we cannot replace lost or stolen cards! For standard activity refunds (excluding deposits), we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. However, you are always welcome to reschedule your booking, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
